When you book a bay or the pickleball court — on our website or in the Greenjacket iOS app — we ask for your name, phone number, and email address. We use them for one purpose: managing your reservation, including confirming, changing, or cancelling it. Booking notes you add are stored with the reservation.
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visits (pages viewed, how visitors found us). Analytics data is not tied to your booking details. The iOS app itself does not run analytics.
We don’t sell your information, show third-party ads, use your data for advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps or websites, or require an account.
Reservation records are kept as part of normal club operations. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@greenjacket.ph and we’ll handle it.
